As services and groups close down for the Christmas break for some it can feel like a loss of their support system and can increase a feeling of isolation. If you know of anyone who is struggling with their mental health please give extra support at this time of year. With mainstream and social media flooding us with how happy and wonderful everyone is at this time of year along with the levels of expectation for everything to be perfect stress levels are at an all-time high. There is still support out there with helplines and 24/7 gyms (if exercise is your release). Don’t be afraid to reach out to someone if you are struggling and stay focused on the positives and we will all get through it. May 2025 be a better year for all.
